Well done Siobahn, love the skin, structure and above all the content of your blog. I should learn from you with my blog (in which so far I focus more on info, less in personal out-take).

Sharing people's experiences lead to know-how and competence spreading all around. This is hard in the real world, gotta be diplomatic and not too pushy in order not to upset people. However the net offers new options in which honesty, trasparency, sharing can be somehow protected and assured by anonimity (we are all multiple profiles and no longer one individual). We can talk more freely tan ever before, some people understand this is an opportunity, some other might feel little uncorfortable with it...
Let's keep the conversation ongoing, honest, transparent, real and we'll all be better off.
You're doing great!
